You are pathetic!
Stop biting the hand that feeds you! Or go back, kiss the Queen's arse and sign on the dole, that is if you can get any dole money! Or perhaps you could sleep in the street in London. (Glasgow could be too freaking cold!) |

Farewell to olde England forever
Farewell to my olde pals as well
Farewell to the well known Old Bailey
Where I once used to look such a swell.
Chorus:
Singing Too-ral Li-ooral li-ad-dity
Singing too-ral li-ooral li-ay
Singing too-ral li-ooral li-ad-dity
And we're bound for Botany Bay
There's the captain as is our commander
There's the bosun and all the ship's crew
There's the 1st and 2nd class passengers
Knows what we poor convicts go through.
Singing Too-ral Li-ooral li-ad-dity...
T'aint leaving olde England we cares about
T'aint 'cause we mis-spells what we knows
But because all we light-fingered gentry
Hops around with a log on our toes.
Singing Too-ral Li-ooral li-ad-dity...
Oh had I the wings of a turtle dove
I'd soar on my pinions so high
Slap bang to the arms of my Polly love
And in her sweet presence I'd die.
Singing Too-ral Li-ooral li-ad-dity...
Now all my young Dukies and Duchesses
Take a warning from what I'd to say
Mind all is your own that you toucheses
Or you'll find us in Botany Bay
Singing Too-ral Li-ooral li-ad-dity... |

I think the royal family are one of the few instuitions worth keeping in the U.K. When ever someone starts slagging them off as spongers I think how sad ! I agree there are one or two of them who need a sharp kick up the backside but apart from them I can put up with the rest .
We actually get quite a lot for our money to such an extent most people I have spoken to from other countries and cultures have expressed their respect and admiration for the monarchy . Some people on this forum disagree, if you're from somewhere like the states thats ok ,you're American its not your fault .On the other hand ,if you're a Brit then you don't deserve to be one and you should hand in your British passport at the nearest consulate at the earliest opportuinity . |

| Because you are an all-right bloke and a scouser, you could qualify as a Scot. We make exceptions. |

Ask yourself this.
"What the hell am I talking about?"
The reason why I can't give up my nationality is that it would be incredibly difficult to live. Without nationality you can't get ID, without ID you can't get things like insurance. My ideal world would be one without borders and nationalities. I'm very aware that this is nigh on impossible.
So no, I'm not prous to be "English" or "British" just because I am, although there are particular aspects of Britain I like ie. the social state, - Free Education - Free Health Care - The Dole. And there are some parts of it I don't like ie. Nationalism - Hooliganism - The Royal Family - Chelsea and Robbie Williams.
What's so bad about not liking the royal family? It goes against my principles of equality in all humans. |
