It also depends where they bought. You can still get a flat in a place like B�y�k�ekmece for 20 000 pounds.

Heaven
Little Drawer/Big Drawer
Thieves' River
Gypsy Corner
Shepherds' Fountain
Eunuch
Mrs Ayşe
Mr. Necati Apartment etc. etc.

TEFLers cannot be choosers-remember that old saying.

Actually Thrifty, I reckon if you inflated prices then Suadiye on a weekend evening would be a good place to park your chip van.

The local residents' association would drive me out. I would lower property prices and might attract the wrong sort. All those fancy caffs that sell brovnie and apple pay would lose out.
