Sorry to sound harsh, but I think you are worrying way too much about this, and probably not doing any good for your blood pressure in the process.
From all the answers you've received from others, which I've seen quite a few, I really don't think you have anything to worry about.
I have Rhumatoid Arthritis, and I told them about it on my physical, and they didnt disqualify me for any benefits, and if you know anything about RA, the costs of the medication are quite high.
Seriously, do your blood pressure, and heart a favour, and relax. You're gonna end up laughing at yourself a month or two down the road when you go to the hospital and they fire you through the conveyor belt that is the physical, and you mention you have high blood pressure and they merely make a note of it on your chart.
