Nobody's saying his suicide solution was honorable, not even the Japanese media. But they're not really condemning the suicide act itself. In the face of this, and the countless other suicides that have been reported in the media here lately, you'd think that public service announcements directed at troubled youths as well as financially strapped, middle-aged salarymen would air on TV here, but they don't really. |
