Well once again it looks like people really are misinterpreting my posts - after all my barbs are aimed not at the OP, but at the system that allows such poor standards of teaching - one that allows untrained novices into sensetive areas of childcare with the main reason being that of suckering some more pennies out of the parents!!!
You know if I really wanted to go after the OP I would have focused on his first post that asked how do I teach this strange song - rather than why am I teaching it. A post that really did lean towards "its in the book so I must do it" white monkey thinking |

When looking at the China FT Market - and pointing out - of those FTs who inhabit it, most would be deemed unqualified to teach in their home countries, because they have no authorised training/qualification or indeed experience as an education worker - and lamenting on how easily they can find a job in China - when they do have very little idea of how they should fulfill the demands of their employment, apart from wanting to comply to their bosses orders - even if these orders may be at odds with normal educational thinking - since this is where their paycheck comes from - isn't being offensive - but more in the way of trying to be truthful!!!!
I know I cant doing anything about this sorry state of affairs but please let me have a moan once in while |
