I found the job resources at saigonesl.com to be useful. Have you found that most places will arrange a visa beforehand?
As for mekongesl. there's only three jobs listed there, so I won't say the job board is their strongest feature, but they have other great resources to look at |

| There are numerous travel agencies in Vietnam that arranges visa on arrival (only at the airports in HCM city and Hanoi). |
