Certainly not! One of the best things about the central states is the perfect climate...never cold, never hot, at least for this Canadian. |
For me too, and I'm not even Canadian! The wonderful climate is one reason I'm relocating back to Mexico. The central region has several cities (for example, Cuernavaca comes to mind) that are called "cities of eternal springtime ", and for good reason. |
