I've had enough of being everyones "black ambassador" . Every time that I think about how I "should" behave...I wanna puke. Who's kidding who? There are 1.5billion Chinese ...most of whom can't speak 3 consecutive words in the worlds premier language. Yes, premier language, because it is the language that most things technical and cultural are translated into. This is the new attitude, "You don't like me??? BITE ME!!!!!!!!"
Every native english speaking person in Canada could come here and teach and you'd still be short-staffed. Now if you factor in the weak pay and the general restrictive nature of the place, you cannot afford to be picky,picky about little percieved issues...race, ethnic background, height etc. The good thing is that many employers are realizing this and behaving accordingly.
In short, you call the shots. There are many opportunities in this country to make friends, have fun, and experience life in a new way. So don't let a few retards stop you.

PS. As far as the cornhole in the restaurant goes, I'd have probably dummied him. Why should you take crap above and beyond what a regular laowai would. Stares are one thing, but this is uncalled for.
