How does a job waiting for you in the U.S. have any impact on a Z visa and why would you care if you receive a release letter if you are going to have a job in the U.S. ?

And what exactly is this "termination letter" that the visa service provided and how is that in any way of legal importance?

When you have a Z visa that expires in less than a week, and no letter, good luck changing it over to something else or extending it. I just needed another week or so in country before leaving to finish sorting everything out here.
