I would suggest also that you use Grapevine video chapter (Chips with everything) as it shows how poor waiter service can put off customers.

A number of the publishers also do professional English or Workplace English, Cambridge is also developing ESOL for Work. Try to search the publishers and their catalogue to see if they have free resources on their teacher support sites. You can usually join them free of charge.
