Hi,
You can read what you want if you use some kind of proxy-
For Wikipedia, use Answers.com
For everything else, you can use anonymouse or similar. Some proxies are better than others- search around. With firefox, you can download a proxyserver plugin that allows you to search anonymously.

Answers.com is actually a mirror, not a proxy. But all of your advice is otherwise correct. |

A mirror is "some kind" of proxy.
