OMG! A plague of lucky bumper visa holders!

My luck didn't hold as every visa I've had since then was a 1-year. Crying or Very sad

Now THAT'S perverse, rip (especially given your halfway-decent job). You can bet they were too busy handing out 3-year visas to NOVA teachers as their company went belly-up (and before anyone says 'Come off it, FFS FH! Recent NOVA teachers getting 3-year visas?!', I'd better make clear that this time at least, I really am talking completely out my a**, in a feeble attempt at a joke).

It was perverse. Moreover, I had completed my MA-TESOL by then. That last time, I was livid when the immigration drone handed back my passport with the 1-year visa. Evil or Very Mad Anyway, I've been in and out of Japan so many times, I actually expect a 1-year visa when I return this time around. Oh well.

(cheer up, I got the joke. Laughing )

As if visa renewals weren't enough, have you guys seen the price of broccoli florets recently?! I couldn't believe it when I walked into my local Seiyu recently...
