Of course not all bottled water is distilled. Because distillation is not the only form of purification.
Some bottled water comes from springs, that have been tested (we hope) and deamed pure. Others come from wells, and have been filtered. Come come from wells or the tap and have been irradiated, filtured or some other purification process that does not involved distillation. Others have been distilled.
Not all have the same taste. For example reverse osmosis tends to leave a lot of the minerals in water so while the water is safe to drink it is still hard and still has the hard water taste. Some people believe we shouldn't drink distilled water because we need the minerals often found in well water--but you can get those minerals in other ways.
Oh and the bottled are always resued if you are talking garrafon--that's a good thing IMHO because it cuts down on the trash the is generated. |

What I meant is that some people take garrafons, fill them with the fountain water running free along calle Alvaro Obregon, then sell it to you as something "cleaner" than you expect. |
