Perhaps,
but it would be interesting to see how often it loses compared to how many times it wins; all the union does is get employers to act within the (labor standards law); and get employers to act in accordance with what they write in their own contracts- obviously things that are illegal and unfair in the first place are not enforceable under Japanese law. |
