I think this is slowly grinding to a hault and people have probably seen enough to draw conclusions.

I'd suggest desert traveller that you do not really have the proper take on things. Consider the following:

You want to do some business in the EFL market in KSA. Now you have all the know how when it comes to the teaching side of things. Of course unless you had an investors license you couldn't do a thing without a Saudi company agreeing to take care of all the admin and visas etc. So what do you do?

You make a partnership agreement and share or divide responsibilities. And it seems that this is basically what BELL and some others out here are doing. Of course if it's true that its a sham then we want to know about it but if it's working out then why rubbish it just because we haven't grasped how business is often done in KSA.

For BELL to say 'we''are recruiting is fine as they have not hidden the fact that WE refers to the above mentioned parties namely BELL and the other saudi lot.

I just don't understand the problem with the set up...unless people can clearly show why these people are cowboys.

If you were to ask me to give reasons why I may criticise previous employers I could give clear, simple examples/but all we have really heard is from 1 or 2 compared to the 50 or 60 they hired last year saying the were robbed of their belongings all kinds of things that sound very odd. They seem to come on line, light a flare and take off....but the flare just as quickly fizzles out!

I would have really liked some people currently working there to let us know what the real deal is...where are you?
