I'm not stereotyping. I lived there and been to lots of places. It's really clean compared to many other countries.

Yeah it has changed and is changing but it's still pretty filth ridden. Nice areas aside, all the construction work and the lack of good drainage and the constant pollution clouds that hover over the city qualify it as filth ridden.

I'm in a Xu Jia Hui highrise. It's a lot nicer than other parts.
