I am still in the initial process of application and need to give a reasonable number for the expected salary question. I had a quick look at similar posts in this forum and guess 18-20 K will be a reasonable quote for a fresh PhD Graduate like me.
What is the HCT starting salary range for faculties (not EFL; Content) with PhD?

Have heard that HCT will now start people at about DH18000 but for that you may be teaching basic numeracy. |

| If you have a PhD and academic ambitions then apply to a university rather than HCT. HCT maths teaching is generally low level; at a university you will get recogntion for your degree and research support etc. But even at a university avoid the foundation programmes and go for the appropriate Faculty. |
