I've come to the conclusion that the Open University Degree certificate would not state if it is a formal degree, or lets surmise otherwise, state ''studied'' as a distance learning degree, where you rightly assert, TR, that the awarding body prints its yearly British performance league table of British Universities [formal Universities]. If not mistaken, the OU is competitive and ranks high. Can I assume that I am well on the way to apply for my sixty day visitor visa- some micromanagement formailties to attend to?
