Someone had the bright idea to built our apartment (now 3 years old) with a hydro-pnuematic system that doesn't use tinacos - the water just gets pumped up on demand, and works well despite our being on the top floor. The only problem is that when the electricity is cut - a regular occurence here in D.F. - so does the water!
