HCT don't start ESL teachers on 18,000.

| FYI - I am returning to UAE with 12 years experience and have been offered just under 17000. Who knows how salaries are calculated? If they want you, they will pay... |

| If you were previously employed by HCT, they may up the initial offer on the new contract. They're getting a "known quantity" by hiring a previous employee. |

| Yup, ESL. Good ESL time in the saddle, but experience in higer ed. not much. Nothing . I guess it is a to be more truthful. |
