| Ah! And how do we professionalize ELT from the inside out and from the bottom up? Some of the best things I have seen happen in Oman's education sectors have started with ordinary teachers, and even ordinary students, who have taken the initiative. Learner autonomy? We need to work on teacher autonomy and start by setting standards for ourselves. |
