Original message posted in wrong thread - my apologies.
I guess Jizzer didn't notice either as he's ranting on and on and on, attempting to justify himself ....

But for some reason you feel as if you are justified in coming here and accusing me of being 'whinny' (your spelling not mine) because I happened to also cast aspersions on the city / town I lived in.

HEY!!! I lived there - did you?
No

Yes, complaining about some city that you yourself have chosen is whiny. Warning people about your school is one thing. It is another thing to complain about Putzi. Anyone who thought about it could problem guess that Putzi is not the most exciting place to live.

The owner of the school is also the head of the Kindergaten Association of Taiwan and so I'm sure he's aware of the legalities concerning the hiring of Foreigners to teach in his Kindy. He hires them anyway and just hides them when the police show up

This also sounds whiny.

That's it.
Nothing else.

Have you worked there?
No

Have you interviewed there?
No

Do you know anything at all about the place?
No

Did I ever question the legitimacy of your complaints about your boss no? These comments don't have a thing to do with my assertion that you are whiny.

It is only my opinion so take it as what it is worth, your further complaints about Putzi make you seem less credible and whiney. Your school may be bad and it is nice that you have posted to let others know about it. But by posting that Putzi does not have anything to do, you are making yourself less credible since you choose to live in Putzi. It is one thing to choose a bad school by accident but one can research for themselves about towns in Taiwan or go there to visit before accepting a job.

Doh'Boy, where does my post say anything about your school or your boss?

I came through Dewey, and I have been really happy with them. However I am a certified teacher and I was looking for public school jobs. I love my job, my contract is with my school, and Dewey made the whole visa process easy. However, I've heard that if you want to teach at language schools, it is best to just come. There have been a lot of complaints about agencies and language schools. If you come, you can choose the location and where you want to work. Good luck!

At least you now know how to spell 'whiny' Jizzer; as you like to use it so much I guess our interactions haven't been a complete bust.

And now I'm handing this thread back over to the people who are interested in ESL Recruiters.

Buh Bye.

That was the first thing I noticed. I thought it would be better to comment to your comments in the thread that you posted them in.

I don't know why RTT are highly regarded. I'm an Australian qualified Teacher and the times I have sent them an e-mail, approximately three times, demonstrating an interest in Taiwan I never got a reply.

Looks like they are interested in green horns they can manipulate to their advantage as opposed to real educators.
