Ah, women and booze.
The Taiwanese businessmen make a good go of that. They're the ones who bring in a couple hundred thousand yuan a month, and they have loads of fun. Any country is fun when you have money!
On an ESL salary? You may afford a beer and a cheap *beep* now and then. But the beer will be the local kind, 2.8 percent percent alcohol and without flavor. The *beep*? She'll have herpes, but don't worry: They don't charge extra for that.

Shame on you all, especially Zero. The guy has very clearly stated he doesn't want to bother looking for his own answers and demands that we supply them. How can none of you oblige him!? I'm stunned...so stunned that I'm left speechless and now can't possibly give the OP the information he wants.

Maybe I'll be able to in a day or two OP, when I get over the shock eh?...

The amount of time you guys spent bitching about the OP could've been spent replying with an easy answer to his questions.

Yes, that's true.

But the answers are so easy to find and the OP is being so arrogant and inconsiderate that it appears many people don't want to tell him those easy answers.

In Shanghai? At first I thought that was the dumbest question I'd ever read. But then I realized the difference between this metropolis and those in the West, like New York or London, and the assumptions one might have before arriving. I think the London population recently reached 50% non-English, if you know what I mean. New York and Los Angeles are little better. But in Shanghai, I think it's something like a third of one percent non-Chinese. Chinese people say "oh there's so many foreigners in Shanghai." Yeah right.

please, please help me.

i'm going through an early mid-life crisis.

i am unmarried. i am a failure. i can still get it up but there's nobody around to see. i am contemplating taking my own life.

if you provide the answers, i could have a shot at happiness maybe.

i need to go some place between september and until end january. i need to have a good time. i need to save at least 1000 GBP per month. i want to work in a university so that it feels like a real job; i like young college chicks (especially in uniform).

oh hark ye, verily i beseech thee. what sayeth ye.

I think maybe you should let your current board identity just fade away. Then next week, register with a new name and start over, taking special care to not alienate everyone on the board with your um, attitude. And take that week off to actually read through some posts. Yes, we know it's "boring," but sometimes learning is like that.

and remember YOU started it
with your nonsensical slurs

"you're simply the best,
better than all the rest,
better than anyone,
anyone i ever met"
