Another red flag is the 'hiring from abroad' aspect. It's very rare to find any job in Spain, Italy, France, Germany, etc without being here to interview in person.
As for why the real school doesn't put a stop to this - they may not be able to. If the scam is operating/based outside Spain (likely), Spanish law likely doesn't have any jurisdiction over them.
It's all about being wary and aware as a consumer. |
