Yes, it is. So, has anything changed in 4 years in regards to a medical exam for employment in China?

Do they test for THC?

It's a valid question, esp. since it is now LEGAL in WA & CO states and "medical" weed is also legal in many other US states.

It's an easy enough thing to find out in the USA, any employer will either test or not test.

It's a lot better to ask on a forum, before one arrives in China to find out that perhaps that last going away party with some brownies is a good idea, or not Cool
