What manner of TEFL certification does Turkey require?

If you have an MA you should be able to find a place that will give a permit, but that does not mean the language schools will! Part of the problem is that language schools are worried some teachers will walk out on their contracts and then they will have wasted a bunch of time and money. So if you find a university or something (where you usually need some more experience/qualification to work) you have a much better chance of getting a permit.

At least that's how I understand it.
