The CWB site is good for the earthquake report and weather. I've never really liked their typhoon part though. For a really good "up-to-date" typhoon site I use typhoon2000.com. It shows you everything - track of the typhoon, predictions, updates and really good images. Compared to the CWB site, which just doesn't make sense(at least for me) it's a million times better.
