Although Glenski can give great advice, what is true in Sapporo isn`t always true in other parts of Japan. Glenski may have better better drug stores than there are in my neighborhood. |
What toothpaste do you want? All I said was that fluoride toothpaste is available here widely. There are few American brands, yes, but many cheap Japanese brands are...dare I repeat...widely available. If you can't live without a specific brand, then say so, instead of condemning the whole country for fluoridated toothpaste. At least, that's how I took the original comment.
FWIW, Lion brand is practically everywhere. |

Korea sucks for some teaching IMHO. Nah, I will stay in Japan. |
I meant the forum. Please feel free to actually reside in Japan while I am in Korea |

relax, Glenski. Lion is OK. I have bought it before.
Well, if I am picky about toothpaste, so what? I am sure foreign people in Japan all have their preferences about things they want to buy. |

sometimes I do look at the Korea Board. Mostly for entertainment, since some posters are funny.
But also I look at it to remind myself that I am lucky to have the job that I have. |

Yeah I know exactly what you mean by that. In actual fact, the only section I never read anymore is the one about employment in Korea. I'm mostly reading up on people's experiences with culture and language etc. The job section is one sorry read on the whole. Glad you are happy where you are. |
