I have had different jobs in Saudi. Some were good, some not so good. The one I have now is more than okay. It is fine. My only cavill is that I want to be 30 years younger and in perfect physical condition.
I suppose this is the point where a strange-looking Gentleman shows up with a contract, a pen and a smile.............................. If he is wearing black I will not sign it. Well, not right away.

| Thanks to everyone who has written; I've been sending my CV off to the Oman postings, and some others. I've been initially approached by HAK to do an Aramco interview at the end of April in Houston. I've seen some of the cautionary threads here about working for Aramco through a recruiter--teachers hold about the status of streetsweepers, etc, but at least one other contributor says things aren't so bad. Anybody want to chirp in here (before I maybe start another thread)? |

| Part of the continuing "proletarianisation" of EFL Teaching jobs in the region. Sometimes the same contractor will deal with cleaning staff and with teachers. |
