Some of the review sites had people making epic posts about their own experiences (so not the grapevine stuff you are talking about) and they did indeed give some very mixed reviews. |
That's not strictly true, they may very well be the worst company to work for in the whole of Japan. But that's not my experience, which is all I can share. If I have any bad experience, I will share that too. I trawled Google a while back and didn't find much evidence either way, if there is any still around I'd hope someone would have posted it here as it would be a big help.
I'm under no illusions, it's a dispatch company. Perhaps you could say that my opinion could appear favourable as I'm judging my experience in relation to the fact that I chose to work for a dispatch company, and so expected certain things as standard. |

No, that distinction certainly belongs to OWLS. Trust me. |

Are OWLS worse than Borderlink?! I didn't think that was possible. |

I guess I'd have to go work for BL to know for sure, but no thanks!!
By the way, I do know a dispatch company with a relatively good rep that deals with schools in Chiba if the OP wants to PM. |

If anyone knows of any companies that are in Chiba and are hiring, and not a totally evil company, I would appreciate the help.
I dont want to make 45,000yen for August, I cant live off of that, not even close. |
At some ALT companies in Chiba, you're lucky if you make 45,000 yen in August. You're even luckier if you don't work for JALSS in Chiba because even if they promise you 45,000 yen they won't pay it. |
