My understanding was you already needed a degree to get a Z-visa and experts certificate - as far back as two years ago. The school I'm at insists the government (now) requires a 'teaching qualification' in addition to a degree to get this paperwork.
It would be nice to have a FAQ or some other objective source to confirm these rumors and get consistent information on this

I just got my Z/Residence book/Foreign Expert book this week. The only "degree" I have is my transcript for 2 years at uni, which is what I submitted to the PSB. So, unless my waiban has more guanxi than I thought, this is not true for the time being. |
