if your teaching kinder.. bring your own material.. and try to get the school to give you an hour each day for lesson prep.. its takes time to make nice flashcards, ect.. if the school does have their own material.. hope like hell they dont make you teach it.. nothing is worse than teaching 3 year old kids words like "credit card, and metro"
also be prepared to sing songs, dance, play games.. some people on daves are always talking about the dancing monkey.. its part of the game with young learners just try to enjoy it and not take yourself too seriously. |
