Yeah, my last SIM was from a Vinaphone corporate store, and I registered it....most mom-n-pop shops on the street here don't require you to register a SIM and they work just fine.

It really doesn't bother me registering the SIM....naw biggie.....lotta States in America are now starting to require identification on a Pre-Paid, so.....

I dunno....meebee I'm old fashioned or something - I still don't get the whole people-having-multiple-SIM cards thing here....or the two-SIM card slot phones.....
