just when i thought i was out, they pulled me back in!!! 
i hate to say it, but i am just laughing over this whole thing. for some reason, the indicted scene from fun with dick and jane comes to mind. I'M GONNA GET INDICTED! INDICTED!!! has upper management ever done a runner? 
a close friend of mines is teaching in a nursing diploma program and he said that his program has been given to/taken over by hct starting next year. this means that he is basically out of a job. well, maybe he just might be back in action.
and i thought federal establishments didn't have to pay utilities 
the curtain has been pulled back and toto is taking a bow.
