I currently work at a uni teach 18hours a week in a place called Fuzhou.. I make 12800RMB net ,, I don't have an MA

What do you teach? Do you have years of experience? Do you have a CELTA?
I think I must leave China to earn good money teaching adults/uni students. Maybe not, but I don't see anything over 8k on the net.

Ya a teaching load means nothing. I had the least number of hours last term. Students had gone thru many Chinese and foreign teachers. I taught them daily and it was hell. Two hours was like eight. I would prep for 6 for each class. I had to teach them like beginners. It all depends on your students. It they want to learn then time goes quickly. It is my experience here that most students don't have any control over what they study. So most schools you run the same show all week but if you have the same class daily then you must work harder.

I worked with a truck driver who said he had a Phd in devinity.
