If the country (Mexico) is NOT south of Panama then it is in North America.
Central America is a region within North America.
It is NOT a continent on its own.

I was refering to the "was" part of the last comment... it "is" part of NAmerica,,, not Was,,, unless something happened that I'm unaware of  |
