Absolutely amazing how you did that without meeting me. Other than "vegan," you've described me! Shall we meet in Shizuoka this summer? After all, we're both Tweety. |
A meeting in Shizuoka? Sounds cool!
Two Tweetybirds? Isn't that too much tweetness?

Teacher in Rome: bwuahahahhaha YES.
I'm wanting a bit of a sophisticated man, with brains and power, and the ability to shoot something for dinner if need be. Someone with a strong personality to balance my own. Someone who allows me a lot of personal space, and encourages me. Someone with a good job he loves. Above all, adoration of me as a human being, and an excellent sense of humor.
May I also add someone who travels but has a keen sense of home. |

Dear Sara Avalon,
My stars and garters - I've been declared non-existent. This could have a severe impact upon my life.

Tell me about it.

C'mon Capergirl, if you are going to be that picky, you are never going to find anybody! There are plenty of unemployed married crack addicts that would make great soul mates out there .

You're absolutely right, Captain. I need to lower the bar.
Actually, my criteria are more like this: kind, intelligent, witty, sweet, easygoing, good sense of humour, non-smoker, adventurous, loves to travel/live in other countries, loves kids, loves animals, loves life..etc. etc. It all looks reasonable enough to me when I type it out like that but alas, my search has yielded nothing. It feels like the search for the Holy Grail. It's out there...I just can't find it. |

Warm, comforting, and gives you a great kick to start your morning.. but give it a week and then you'll start to notice persistent headaches at the same time, everyday, and you know you've become addicted and thus begins a vicious, long, love-hate cycle?

Eh? I'm not sure why.. I don't think the question was "how do you like all men.." just "..your men". And since I don't ever plan on "owning" any... |

Dear Sara Avalon,
Or, "like my coffee" could mean: black and strong but sweet,
As for my last post, perhaps I misunderstood. I thought that your
"Nonexistent"
was a comment on the post just before yours: Alitas' description of the 'ideal" man - that you were saying such a guy didn't exist.

John |

Close Sara, although not quite so negative - probably closer to johnslat's interpretation - I love my coffee and relish the addiction, headache, head games, farts and all |

Ideal man? Hmm... interesting to think about. I'm guessing that this thread is actually asking women to describe their ideal partners. Since I'm not interested in a specific gender for any specific purpose the question posed fails to apply to me in it's current state.
***Edited for Lajzar***
1 - w.i.ll.y optional
2 - good friend character
3 - anyone but the nincompoop who complained about this post. (Communist! )

Dear Sara Avalon,
Although Katherine Hepburn was - I'm pretty sure - exclusively hetrosexual, I've always thought what she had to say about "relationships" (and other aspects of living) makes a lot of sense:

Denise!
What were you thinking! Didn't your mother warn you about guys like me? I could be an axe murderer and here you are agreeing to meet me in Shizuoka! (actually, it's only manslaughter and...no, really.... a tragic misunderstanding resulting from a cribbage accident in Rippey, Iowa where I maimed a man when he tried to peg out).
I just threw Shizuoka out there. Aren't really planning to be there this year. How about Napa Valley, you California girl? You bring the tofu, I'll bring the herb.
And, oh yeah, shave.
Two Tweeties, too sweet? Hey, we'll never know until we try.
Remember: You are what you are, it is what it is, there are no mistakes. |

Sigh... My momma didn't warn me about anything! You, an ax murderer? But you seem like such a nice boy! I cannot believe it.
I wonder if maybe I need to add a disclaimer to all of my posts: I bear no resemblance whatsoever to the little dude in the picture.

Dear denise,
Well, YOU might not bear any resemblance to your avatar, but I think you ought to know that ntropy's avatar is a copy of his passport photo (he's really better looking in person).
