The could always start the ITF thing they do in Peru. ANY bank transactions, deposits, withdrawals, etc, are TAXED. They did this as a way to get taxes since most people get out of them somehow or another. The Peruvian tax system is so screwy. It's like, if you make 2500 or less a month, you're not taxes, BUT if you make 2501, you're taxed at some thing like 15% and it's NOT on the amount OVER 2500, it's the ENTIRE amount. So ridiculous.

Also, we are taxed at a higher rate, but get 15 payments a year, after you work an entire year, it's 15 FULL payments, before that, it's only a part of the year that you work, so it DOES actually come out to 12 tax free payments, since you get most of that back in the other 3 payments.
