Why are my JTs so busy?

Don't forget that for many teachers, this is all that they know to do anyway - they might be super busy, but TT in this country is, in general terms, very limited. It's already been mentioned that lesson prep is light compared to the other duties that JTs hold.

Honestly this leads to some conflict with one of my JTs. He will only kinda listen to me when I tell him my plan. Then 3-5 mins before class he asks me what I am doing. Then he usually doesn't want to do what I am doing, so he wants me to change it on short notice. Which is pretty annoying.

Though he doesn't teach from the book, so I am conflicted on what to think about him.
