I was killing time and read this thread. Interesting. Sometimes risk taking is worth it. It's nice to hear the job is going well.

Thanks for updating the thread. Good to know it's working out well and that you have no regrets.

You took a risk and it's worked out for you. Sometimes things don't, but either way it's always refreshing when people take responsibility for their own employment choices.
