Where are you just now?
SQU is interviewing although people are waiting for start dates. That's about it as far as I know. Most of the colleges seem much the same.
As for the recruiters, a sponsor gets his hands on a contract and uses the cheapest ways to manage it hence the staff in place. |

Because under the present 'system', pockets are being filled - at very high levels. The reason also why there are no penalties when some flake who has not been properly vetted does the midnight run. Simply replace him/her with another warm body, and palms are once more crossed with silver. |

The 'tea money' flows the other way - into the higher echelons of the MoM, not from it. That is what I meant by very high levels. |

But wasn't there a case in Muscat (mas qat) a few years back of someone who once worked at the ministry becoming a recruiter?
I do recall he was based in dubai  |
