12,500 SAR a month in my estimation would be a decent salary for an entry level position for someone without any prior ME experience...but, salary is only one part of the overall package...what else do they offer?...single furnished accomodation? Travel allowance? Airfare? Decent paid holidays? Health insurance? Decent work hours with OT pay? and most important, a work visa?

1. SFA "to a high standard" Laughing - allegedly
2. 30 days paid holiday, taken when they say/ feel like it + public hols
3. Recruiter says 20-25 contact ... contract says 30 contact ...
4. OT available - allegedly
5. Initially employed on a "work visit" visa - so 'no', employed illegally
6. (a) Transport to and from work provided - however, reports on this forum state that it is unreliable, meaning it is late or does not show
(b) transport allowance can be had instead but is linked to housing ... you have to take transport allowance and housing allowance or neither BUT how can you rent without an iquama???
7. Medical insurance - some on Dave's state it wasn't sorted out for months
8. Flights - just trying to ascertain precisely what is meant by "flights" as the contract is vague Wink
