I got offered one job: 7000 yen a dayto be an ALT!
That's only 140,000 a month! How can you live on that??? |
But that's over 200,000 if you work every day of the week |

I know no ALT contract that lets you work weekends and get paid for it.
I had Heart offer me such a kind of undesirable position in Chiba. 10,000yen per day with what they estimated as 170 working days per year..... hmm, see even before tax that's only an ESTIMATED 140,000 per month. Yeah, how about no. Did the math while talking on the phone as she tried to gloss over that with other information. I graciously, turned it down.
I don't know what's up with salaries these days. Quite surprised as I had just come off a contract with Borderlink that always paid around 230,000yen per month, and that was as a first-time ALT in Saitama. I guess Saitama's where the money's at lol |

Then again, if working 5 days a week it goes to 250,000yen in a month before tax....... *shrugs* I only like to deal in bulk certainty when it comes to salaries *sigh* a lot of part-time/contracted on a daily rate ALT positions have appeared. Is that the new state of the art? |
