It's an issue because I felt it was important for others to know about my experiences. I as well have learned from the experiences of others to avoid potential pitfalls, so I am trying to "pay-it-forward".
This is just one example of one single comment. I did not include the entire thread, but it is basically a conversation about the school. Since I worked at the school, I have a pretty good idea that other bonafide teachers and former teachers are posting along with some Chinese staff and students. |

| I worked in the school, so I know what I am talking about when I say there seems to be a naivet� when it comes to how the Chinese Management views Western teachers. I have seen excellent, well qualified and highly educated teachers fired, while mediocre or even awful teachers are retained or promoted. I think that actual teaching skill ranks low on their priority list. |
