Regarding proof of payment...

The proof of payment can be obtained from any bank and you do not need a Mexican bank account to make the payment. I paid my $550 fee at the Scotiabank near INM in Mexico City, and I paid using my Canadian VISA card. They also accept cash.

Proof of address was not required. I only needed to give a valid address.

I hopefully will have my FM3 in the next week or two!

As someone who had to leave Mexico for some $ in SK and is now hoping to return, I not only agree 100% but have posted as such before.....looking forward to getting back to a more down to earth part of the world.
