| I think it's a gas, true or not. Anyway I think it rings true. I do miss Asia--total circus all the time. |

I second nolefan's write-in option.
I also agree with Shaman. Dan really is a bit of cartoon and portrays himself as a no-talent @ssclown. I don't speak British English, but after reading his posts, I think I now know what the Brits mean when they call someone a "muppet."
His story could have happened, but I'm skeptical that it did. I'll have to disagree with you khmerhit. I let out a yawn while reading and didn't find it that entertaining.
Out of five stars, fat_c gives it one and a half stars: * 1/2
I liked his story about getting into fights in the weight room better. |

can't decide if the fiction is in the man or in the man's head.
This is either uninteresting satire (good situation but no plot, needs to go somewhere), or at face-value, sad braggadocio that speaks more of inner weakness than outer strength.
I'm sorry if I am too critical of the writer but good writers learn how to take it.
On the positive side, it is very colorful! |

I do speak British English (I think) but I thought we meant that someone was a "muppet" when we called them a "muppet" i.e. Frank Oz and family. Am I wrong? |
