One thing:
You had to say what country you wanted to apostille the docs for? It's been awhile since I've gotten an apostille and I've never done it at the federal level, so I didn't remember that part. What would have happened if you'd told them you were apostilling for Korea, then given them to the Chinese embassy?

yeah, you do. Both for federal and state. They actually PUT what country it's for on the apostillisation. So I dont' know if it would be accepted in the Chiense embassy if it had korea on it.
Anyways, seems like my daughter's CRBA does NOT have to be apostillised. Since it's the new one, it can go straight to the embassy. But I can't do that. Has to be done in person. I'm going through ITC Oasis. 50 bucks plus shipping. |
