Actually Americans do have special rights to work in Canada and vice versa, but Quebec doesn't really need native English teachers. There are already plenty of Canadians who can do the job. That's not to say there aren't other jobs he could do... |

Really? What can Americans do for work?
Quebec does have the language requirement, too.
I thought to work in Quebec anglophones must know French. |
