Shroob, indeed. It's almost enough to put one off dating...almost.
Would I change my citizenship for anybody?
In a word...NOPE!
But the possibility of getting PR (permanent residency) in a country would be appealing. Had I stayed in Japan and stayed with my Japanese ladyfriend, I would have considered this.
That's just the thing, I ward off any possible golddiggers by turning the tables: "hey baby, I like you. Imma gonna just stay in your country."
I was hanging out with a girl in April. She was not coy about dropping hints about how much she likes U S and A, even though she has never set foot in that country. I told her that I don't have any immediate plans for returning to my country. She was horrified when she heard that..."you don't want to go back to your country?!?!"
Haha! We don't hang out with each other anymore.
