I am really pleased to see someone trying to DO something for the help he hires instead of gloating about how cheap folks come in Mexico.
Earlier, someone mentioned that the issue is not race--but social class. In Latin America, the darker you are, the lower your social class. Sorry, folks, but that is racism. Punto. |

Racism exists in all shapes, colors, and sizes. One should expect to find that racism can and usually exists in all parts of the world; whether or not it refers to someone's color or social status depends on the demographic area and the current or most recent struggles within which the society has been involved. |
